An accomplished traveler and author, Brandon has lived on three continents and explored 190+ countries, reaching all seven continents over a 25‑year career as an independent conflict researcher, professional sommelier, and photographer. His work has taken him through multiple active war zones and regions under various government travel warnings. He has produced and directed documentaries in Ukraine and conducted field research across the Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Syria, and Somalia, and throughout a nine‑month overland journey from South Africa to Jordan and back.

Originally from the United States, Brandon studied  at Georgia Tech, later continuing his education at Oxford University and in Australia, France, New Zealand, and Japan. He has built a parallel career as a global leader in the aviation industry, specializing in joint ventures and alliances, revenue management, pricing, and network optimization. His professional path has included time with The Coca-Cola Company and leadership roles across multiple international markets.

Today, Brandon lives in Amsterdam, Netherlands with his wife, Emily, after several years in London. His passion for adventure travel and conflict work began during an impromptu 2003 journey from Japan to South Korea—an experience that set the trajectory for decades of global exploration and documentation.
